Cheryl Taub has a Master's degree in Art Education from Brooklyn College and a certificate in Desktop Publishing from the School of Visual Arts in New York. Cheryl Taub was a free lance commercial artist designing book covers and catalogs, and ran a clothing painting business. Cheryl was an art director for several Long Island newspapers and presently teaches art at the Carter Burden Center for the Aging in New York City. |
Her work is in private collections in Georgia, Sarasota and New York. There are several pieces in the Sandor Family Collection in Chicago.
Taub has exhibited at Sarasota City Hall and has won awards in juried shows at the Longboat Key Center for the Arts and the Sarasota Center for the Arts.
